Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, your receipt of any software from this site binds you to the following agreement:

1. The delivered Software is to be considered copyrighted material owned by Kaelex, Inc. DBA Retail Evolved ("Retail Evolved"). As such, it is protected by current law.
2. In some cases, the delivered Software may include source code, either in whole or in part. In these cases, you may alter the source code for use within the limitations of this License agreement. However, the source code (altered or otherwise) may not be included in any other Software with the intent to distribute or sell the derived work.
3. Altering the source code is done at your discretion. Retail Evolved is under no obligation to support any source code that differs from the originally delivered Software.
4. You may not, under any circumstance, distribute or sell the delivered Software, any modified version if source code is provided, or any Software that contains, in whole or in part, source code from the delivered Software.
5. The purchase of a Software product entitles you to one install per purchase. For Magento modules, this means that you may install the module on one site, even if that Magento installation contains more than one domain. For downloadable Software, a purchase entitles you to a single install on a single machine. Multiple licenses may be purchased.
6. Retail Evolved is not liable for any damages that result from the use (or mis-use) of the Software. This includes perceived damages to profits, reputation, information, or any other aspect of your business.
7. Retail Evolved reserves the right to revoke your right to use the Software at its discretion.
8. Retail Evolved reserves the right to alter or terminate this agreement at anytime and without notification.
9. Retail Evolved is not liable for the cost of any prosecution or damages that result from your illegal and/or unlawful use of the Software.

For purchased software (not services), support is free for 30 days from the date of purchase. Support is limited to questions regarding the usage and configuration of the purchased software. We provide Installation services for full installation support.

For free software, support is not guaranteed but we will do our best to field questions to encourage use of our open source solutions

Support is not provided for services related to installation and configuration. We will install and test the delivered Software, but will not assist in configuring, customizing or theming.

Our ability to provide the purchased service is dependent on us receiving information that enables us to access your server. In most cases, we need the following credentials:

• SSH and FTP access with write access to Magento directories
• Database access with full privileges - This is so that we may take a backup of your data prior to making any changes

Your privacy and security is extremely important at Retail Evolved. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will destroy all information regarding access to your server(s) after our service is complete.

If our products do not live up to your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. During that time, we encourage you to use our support to resolve any issues you may have. If, ultimately, the software does not meet your needs, please contact us and include your order number and we will promptly refund your money.

Services such as professional installations are non-refundable.

Your purchase entitles you to all minor upgrades. What does this mean? If you purchase product 1.0, you will receive versions 1.1, 1.2, etc. for free. Version 2.0 would be a paid upgrade (at our discretion).

When we release a new version of a product you have purchased, you will be notified by e-mail. The download will be available in the Downloadable Products section of your account. As with any new installation, it is recommended that you back up your application and database before upgrading the module.
